On April 25th, The Secretary attended the School's Academic Award Ceremony honoring 32 young men for their academic, athletic, social/behavioral, and treatment achievements at CYF. The young men received certificates for: Summa Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Cum Laude, Merit, Achievement, Ceramics, and prestigious Principal's Award. Students also receive bonus points for awards earned.
The Secretary toured the school and observed the projects that were in progress in the 4 career technology education programs: Carpentry, Horticulture, Computer Science, and Graphic Arts.
